Sweet Love Story.............

He met her on a party. She was so outstanding, manyguys chasing after her, while he was so normal, nobody paid attention to him.At the end of the party, he invited her to have coffee with him, she wassurprised, but due tobeing polite, she promised.

They sat in a nice coffee shop, he was too nervous tosay anything, she feltuncomfortable, she thought, please, let me go home.suddenly he asked the waiter: "would you please give me some salt? I'd liketo put it in mycoffee."

Everybody stared at him, so strange! His face turnedred, but, still, he putthe salt in his coffee and drank it. She asked himcuriously : why you have this hobby? He replied: "when I was a little boy, Iwas living near the sea,I liked playing in the sea, I could feel the taste ofthe sea ,just like thetaste of the salty coffee. Now every time I have thesalty coffee, I always think of my childhood, think of my home town, I missmy home town so much, Imiss my parents who are still living there". Whilesaying that tears filledhis eyes. She was deeply touched.

That's his true feeling, from the bottom of his heart.A man who can tell out his homesickness, he must be a man who loves home, cares about home, hasresponsibility of home. Then she also started tospeak, spoke about her faraway hometown, her childhood, her family. That was areally nice talk, also a beautiful beginning of their story.

They continued to date. She found that actually he wasa man who meets all her demands; he had tolerance, was kind hearted, warm, careful. He was sucha good person but she almost missed him! Thanks to hissalty coffee!
Then the story was just like every beautiful lovestory, the princessmarried to the prince, then they were living the happylife...

And, every time she made coffee for him, she put somesalt in the coffee, as she knew that's the way he liked it. After 40 years,he passed away, lefther a letter which said:" My dearest, please forgiveme, forgive my wholelife lie. This was the only lie I said to you---thesalty coffee. Remember the first time we dated? I was so nervous at thattime, actually I wantedsome sugar, but I said salt it was hard for me tochange so I just wentahead. I never thought that could be the start of ourcommunication!

I tried to tell you the truth many times in my life, but I was too afraid todo that, as I have promised not to lie to you foranything.. Now I'm dying,I afraid of nothing so I tell you the truth: I don'tlike the salty coffee, what a strange bad taste..But I have had the saltycoffee for my whole life!Since I knew you, I never feel sorry for anything I dofor you. Having youwith me is my biggest happiness for my whole life. IfI can live for the second time, still want to know you and have you formy whole life, eventhough I have to drink the salty coffee again

Her tears made the letter totally wet.

Provoking Story...............

Once a king called upon all of his wise men and asked them,"
Is there a mantra or suggestion which works in every situation, in every circumstances, in every place and in every time. Something which can help me when none of you is available to advise me. Tell me is there any mantra?"
All wise men got puzzled by King's question. One answer for all question? Something that works everywhere, in every situation? In every joy every sorrow, every defeat and every victory? They thought and thought. After a lengthy discussion, an old man suggested something which appeal to all of them. They went to king and gave him something written on paper. But the condition was that king was not to see it out of curiosity. Only in extreme danger, when the King finds himself alone and there seems to be no way, only then he'll have to see it. The King put the papers under his Diamond ring.
After a few days, the neighbors attack the Kingdom. It was a collective surprise attack of King's enemies. King and his army fought bravely but lost the battle. King had to fled on his horse. The enemies were following him. His horse took him far away in Jungle. He could hear many troops of horses were following him and the noise was coming closer and closer. Suddenly the King found himself standing in the end of the road - that road was not going anywhere. Underneath there was a rocky valley thousand feet deep. If he jumped into it, he would be finished…and he could not return because it was a small road…From back the sound of enemy's horses was approaching fast. King became restless. There seemed to be no way. Then suddenly he saw the Diamond in his ring shining in the sun, and he remembered the message hidden in the ring. He opened the diamond and read the message. The message was very small but very great.
.
.
The message was - " This too will pass."
.
.
The King read it . Again read it. Suddenly something strike in his mind- Yes ! it too will pass. Only a few days ago, I was enjoying my kingdom. I was the mightiest of all the Kings. Yet today, the Kingdom and all his pleasure have gone. I am here trying to escape from enemies. However when those days of luxuries have gone, this day of danger too will pass. A calm come on his face. He kept standing there. The place where he was standing was full of natural beauty. He had never known that such a beautiful place was also a part of his Kingdom. The revelation of message had a great effect on him. He relaxed and forget about those following him. After a few minute he realized that the noise of the horses and the enemy coming was receding. They moved into some other part of the mountains and were not on that path.
The King was very brave. He reorganized his army and fought again. He defeated the enemy and regain his lost empire. When he returned to his empire after victory, he was received with much fan fare at the door. The whole capital was rejoicing in the victory. Everyone was in a festive mood. Flowers were being thrown on King from every house, from every corner. People were dancing and singing. For a moment King said to himself," I am one of the bravest and greatest King. It is not easy to defeat me.: With all the reception and celebration he saw an ego emerging in him.
Suddenly the Diamond of his ring flashed in the sunlight and reminded him of the message. He open it and read it again: "This too will pass"
He became silent. His face went through a total change -from the egoist he moved to a state of utter humbleness.
If this too is going to pass, it is not yours.
The defeat was not yours, the victory is not yours.
You are just a watcher. Everything passes by
We are witness of all this. We are the perceiver. Life come and go. Happiness come and go. Sorrow come and go.
Now as you have read this story, just sit silently and evaluate your own life. This too will pass. Think of the moments of joy and victory in your life. Think of the moment of Sorrow and defeat. Are they permanent. They all come and pass away. Life just passes away.
There were friends in past. They all have gone.
There are friends today. They too will go.
There will be new friends tomorrow. They too will go.
There were enemies in past. They have gone.
There may be enemy in present. They too will go.
There will be new enemies tomorrow and......they too will go.
There is nothing permanent in this world. Every thing changes except the law of change. Think over it from your own perspective. You have seen all the changes. You have survived all setbacks , all defeats and all sorrows. All have passed away. If there are problems in the present, they too will pass away. Because nothing remains forever. Joy and sorrow are the two faces of the same coin. They both will pass away. Who are you in reality? Know your real face. Your face is not your true face. It will change with the time. However, there is something in you, which will not change. It will remain unchanged. What is that unchangeable ? It is nothing but your true self. You are just a witness of change. Experience it, understand it.

Confess if you do mistake

Kratvaha samahadeenata
pratipum jagama shuche
mruna sukshatra mrunaya

(Rigved 7/89/3)

Meaning: Keeping God as our witness, let us accept our faults, wicked tendenciesand wicked deeds so that we may not be lax in eliminating them. Our only prayers toGod should be, “0 God! Drive away our wickedness”.

Message: We sleep daily for 6 to 7 hours, which means that we remain awake for 17 to 18 hours daily. Innumerable thoughts arise within us throughout the day, and we talk quite a lot and also carry out the prescribed work. Let us take anyone exclusive day and think over what all we thought, spoke and did. If we analyse, look within ourselves and do a little close observation, we will come to know how much unnecessary talk was made and how many abusive words and bad thoughts came in our minds. Then we will realise that most of the speech and thoughts were wicked, foolish and faulty. With only
one day’s self-analysis our attitude will be, “I was immersed in so many wicked thoughts and bad deeds and unnecessarily lost one day of my invaluable life.” To save ourselves from such wasteful mental attitude we must obtain the help of God, and every day, every moment we must trust in God.

If we understand God as our friend, companion and well-wisher by believing in
His omnipresence, then we will not feel shy about finding out our faults and accepting them. HE knows everything, sees everything, then why hesitate before Him? At that time one does not feel ashamed to admit, “How foolish I am that although I know and understand, even then I am not doing my expected duty, but doing the opposite. I know that I must not do this, but am still doing it. I am not able to fulfil any good or auspicious resolve, because mentally I become very weak. Some good thoughts arise in my mind, but because of the fear of people’sridicule, I am not able to even start any action on them. I also understand what I am expected to do. He tells me that I am going on the
wrong path, but I am so weak that I continue walking on the opposite path”.
When such feeling becomes profound, then the spiritual strength of giving up the faults and wicked tendencies is achieved. In identifying one’s own mistakes, accepting them and hating oneself for them, one gets that divine inspiration which liberates us from the wretchedness, incapacity, weakness and lack of mental brightness. Then that all knowing, auspicious and powerful God, fills uswith His brightness. By taking shelter under Him, by confessing sincerely one’sbad tendencies and actions before Him, and resolving not to repeat them infuture, that just, pitiful God forgives us. Then He changes this life, which earlier experienced failure at every step, and makes it complete with peace and happiness. Our bad habits leave us, bad thoughts and bad culture start running
away and our life becomes meaningful.

The easiest way of eradicating our mistakes is to confess them.

All Fundamental Learning of these World has been Born from Vedas

Ya atmadaa baladaa yasya vishwa

(Rigved 10/121/2, Yajurved 25/13)

Meaning: 0 Lord of the soul, the mind and the body! We remain alive when we follow your laws and rules i.e. carry out good deeds. We are destroyed by bad deeds; therefore may we always walk on the good path.

Message: The Lord of this creation is God. After creating everything he has also fixed its limits:. Every type of matter and animal fulfils God’s aims by remaining within its fixed limits. It is only man who makes more bad use of his intelligence and nature and goes on the bad path.
The entire structure of religion, its traditions, beliefs and faith are for the aim that man should spend his life within the limits prescribed for him. ‘
The basis of religion is faith and trust in God. When man plans his deeds under the rules of God by trust in God’s omnipresence (presence everywhere) then, that belief is capable of preventing his bad activities. None of our conduct or emotion can be hidden from the eyes of the omnipresent God, and sooner or later that God, present in every particle, will punish us also for bad deeds. We can throw dust in the eyes of the society but one cannot hide anything from Him. This belief saves us from sinful deeds.
Most of our bad activities go on because we are cleverly able to save ourselves from governmental or societal punishment. But such cleverness does not work before God. Only on that basis is man afraid of sins and forced to lead a gentlemanly life within the required limits,’ and his soul, mind and body, all three become clean and pure. To-day perversities are a plenty in every direction. Faith has also been perverted. People falsely think that by a little sycophancy and by making presents of gifts, God can be bribed and taken on our side, big rewards can be obtained despite being unworthy and one can escape punishment for the sins also. Because of this wrong attitude only, people all around are busy in wrong deeds and destroying themselves. There is no solution except liberation from this false notion. Without following God’s rules, it is not possible to achieve naturalness in life. God has given this human body to us for co-operating in the progress of all in the society by doing good deeds. It is our pious duty to follow this directive of God. For that every day man must take out some time and worship God. One should try to imagine Him within the soul by thinking of His qualities. One who remains under His beneficial shelter does not have any mental anguish in his life and for him even death is like sweet nectar. That ‘Paramatma’ or Supreme Soul within our soul makes us immortal on the basis of our excellent deeds.

This is the secret of a successful life.
